Ubutu - The Street Child Story...

"They don't know who they are, what they want, are they just criminals or just poor kids begging. Who are they?" - U

Blessings in the Lord's name,
I'd like to say a big hello coz it seems like we haven't had much opportunity to hang out together lately...

Few updates:
1. There is a nasty flu bug going around now... if you haven't detected it, hehe, take the following precautions: drink heaps of water, go to the loo often, take lots of VitC and eat your fruits and veggies.. yours truly have been drinking boiled barley water and lemonade!! 2. Praying for your good health in this final race to the end of semester

2. Keep up the good work soldiers! You're almost there...for non studying friends, you are covered in prayers too!

3. Jackie is back from India, lots of fantastic tales to tell. Rock up to her and ask how she is...I think she'll appreciate you asking and you might get some gist of her mission adventures too. Praise God for team Cosmoshealth that ministered to many women and children in India, and for safe returns.

4. Doulos has been docked in Freo for a week now! A few of us had an excellent time visiting this ship that is quite old, but still in good shape that goes around the world, sharing God's message and blessings to people. We visited the engine room! Took funky pictures in the cafeteria, deck, cabin, floating bookshop (the biggest one in the world) and talked to the many many international friends who volunteer and serve on the ship...

This sunday!!!

This Sunday night!

A few crew members are hopping onshore to SPCC (our church!) to share at the evening... There will be refreshments, so we invite you to come and have a listen and hear what God is doing...C'mon do something out of the ordinary! Step out in faith, hehe, we are the generation! Anyhow, please let Vandana and Chris know if you are keen...we are the ministry of food... Bless ya!

5. Just wanna send out/shout out appreciation to Rachel Chih! She has been on board Twinklers for 2 excellent week, and doing beautifully. Thanks Rachel! :) It takes a step of faith!

6. Next week is my (chris) final exams, hehe, so if you guys have time, I'd appreciate a prayer. Then God willing, if I don't mess up anything, its graduation time! Thanks Daddy God! It's been a blast...but now, I better wrap up and hit the books soon...

7. Before I go, thanks to God for all of you... I pray that in whatever situation, circumstance, state of health, or state of spiritual health you are in, you are in God's mind and heart, and he will guide us faithfully, because he is a promise keeping God. He is a living God, and I pray that you will hang in there, and sail through it with His help. In Jesus' name..Amen...

Act with courage. - 2 Chronicles 19:11 NIV
