Sunday...

Hi all,

:)) It's sunday tomorrow!!! It's gonna be real exciting to hear Pastor Lungu speak, and I pray that everyone who has eyes shall see and ears will listen...Many exciting things are happening where the Holy Spirit is working and to those who believe, there shall be miracles, signs and wonders...

Few things for updates:
  • The worm is out!!! - praise point
  • If the weather is good tomorrow, we can try for a day out at King's Park as previously blogged
  • Today Jackie and team Cosmos Health are off to India where they will need our prayers to keep them safe and working mightily under the Holy Spirit's leadings... Please pray, there are widespread persecutions in India...www.vom.org for more info if you like - prayer point
  • 26th Sept!!!! Grandpa's belated birthday, I suggest tomorrow at church we run up to him and wish him a belated one! Shall we plan for something nice for him??? Can't let such a momentous occassion pass without celebration, he is 89!!!!! - praise point!
  • one more thingy, this one is on 19th OCTOBER...mark your diaries...There is a team from doulos mission ship coming to speak to the students in our church... :) Vandana's sister, Aradthna (hope I spelt it right) is one of the team members she is a dentist on the ship which goes around, sharing Good News and treating people who needs help. On the sunday evening of 19th Oct, we are trying to see how many people are keen to come, so that we can lovingly prepare some food... please pass the news, and see if you wanna see what God has in store on board of a mission ship...should be at 7.30...Contact Christina and Vandana if you are keen for more information... Google 'Doulos' for more information or visit www.doulosdownunder.org.au ... God has big plans for your life! Amen??
Ok... :) Its the end of semester for most of us, chin up, and let's get through it in prayers and encouragement...we are God's beloved children...

In His Service,
your humble blogger

Hi everyone,

Wanna suggest something fun to do on Sunday after church :) on behalf of Jie Carol...King's Park is having a 'Botanic Blues'

"Relax in the Botanic Gardens while you enjoy a fantastic line up of local musicians performing live blues, folk and jazz muxic each Sunday during the Festival. Pack a picnic and relax under the peppermint trees with friends or family and soak in the glorious spring weather. Enjoy the wonderful Western Australian wildflowers which are in bloom throughout September"

RIP

Peter Stew Rabbit
27 May 2008 – 14 September 2008

Peter was a good pet rabbit that died a horrible death after committing suicide, by suffocation himself after he stuck his head into a 5mm gap through the fence. He was smart but too smart.

May He Rest In Peace

Christina hope you don't get to sad by this. It was tragic, but thats the life of animals.
